GAO JIAN

Gao Jian is an artist, writer, and pipe maker. The pipes displayed here can be divided into his original designs, including Tadpole, Bamboo, Fire Eye, Water Pipe, etc.; the other is an extension of his works in popular styles.

Like most friends who make handmade pipes, he imagines the possibility of altering a pipe on the basis of maintaining its basic structural function.
